I have a 4 message sequence in one of my delivery confirmation responders. Because one of my subscribers has only purchased a spare part rather than the entire product I need to make sure he does not receive the 4th message which discusses his use of the product and clubs he can join where other users of the product meet.
I can bring up the mail queue and see that the 4th message is due to be sent to him on June 19th but, unlike the old QTP system, there is no option to delete individual messages from the mail queue. Is there any way it can be done without deleting the subscriber completely please?
