Hi Leslee,

I just needed to transfer some of my subscribers from one responder to another based on the product they purchased. Obviously I used the database search to locate them however, on clicking on the Export button the system opened a window to download them as a comma delimited (.csv) file. While I'm sure someone may want it to do that, the way it was supposed to work is that you would export them to the responder of your choice.

Here's a screenshot of how it worked in the previous QTP system: http://i42.tinypic.com/mwrx8z.jpg

Would it be possible to make that happen please?

Sorry Quicktell I only just found this message, don't know how I missed it.

I have put Hans to work on it and hopefully it will work as originally intended soon.

It would be marvellous if he could program it to do all the other functions shown on that screenshot as they were all extremely useful.

In fact, today I am again caught out because I have added a subscriber who purchased a non-standard product. As the responder concerned talks about the standard products from message 2 onwards I need to send him only the first message just to confirm delivery and provide his tracking #. As the system is now this isn't possible.

Hi Leslee,

As I have not had any reply I thought I would look to see if anything had been done yet and it appears it has although there is a new feature called "Create a segment" with no indication as to what it is and what it's for and the Send sequence option does not allow you to select which messages you wish to send. Send all is better than send none but surely Hans can program it so that we can select the messages we actually want the recipient to receive...
