System vanished?

I don't know whether it's just at my end but I am unable to login today. The login page appears almost empty and if I select either the home or login links from the left the page clears completely.

I thought it may be an IE related problem so I tried again in Firefox but the same thing happened.

Also, the quicktellpro home page appears all messed up. I do hope the site has not been hacked. :confused:

Hi Quicktell,

No we have not been hacked!

We are in the process of upgrading the memebers area and got halfway through yesterday when we discovered a problem and had to revert back to the older version. The messed up appearance is just us rearranging the page.

There does seem to be a problem on IE and I have alerted Hans to this but I think the Firefox connection is just slow, it opens for me but takes a while.

Sorry for this inconvenience - we are working on it.

Ok, no problem. I managed to login this morning and although the page went blank again, after a couple of minutes a new page appeared with responder stats on it. I have managed to use the system but it is very slow as you said.

I thought the problem may have been at my end because yesterday I hit the jackpot where internet problems were concerned:
- unable to connect to my smtp so could not send any mail
- one of my sites vanished (NS records claimed it had no DNS)
- my host's backup server experienced a total failure on a RAID array

One of those days, huh!
