I have a chance to bring on board a few new users so I went to locate my affiliate URL. After a few unsuccessful attempts to login I realised that I had to join the program first.
I completed the form and successfully submitted it. Then I went to login to the affiliate system and it asked me for a password but when I setup the account I was not asked to set a password so I don't have one. Neither did I receive a mail to confirm my joining the program.
My next move was to request a lost password. The good news is that the system did send me a mail. The bad news is not only was it completely empty but you should see what was in the To: field!!!
