Hi Leslee,
I wanted to duplicate one of my responders so that I could modify its content to suit another product and to reflect a different send from address but I don't seem able to do it.
For starters, the fields are not in line with the text but as there are only 3 fields and 3 lines of text without fields next to them, I assume the empty fields are in the correct order.
In the previous QTP system you had to first create the new responder you wished to duplicate to, so in this example I created a responder called 7leagueboot_delivery. I then went to my powerstrider_delivery responder and attempted to duplicate it to the new one. I was met with 2 hurdles. The first being that it asks for a responder code but I can see this code mentioned nowhere. The next was on attempting to duplicate with the provided password I got a message telling me that the responder already existed.
"Ok" I thought, "let's try deleting the new responder and duplicating again because maybe Leslee has this setup to create the responder via the duplication function."
I was wrong, because this time I got a message informing me that the responder code is wrong.

Can you please explain to me how this actually works?
