Ok, I know Bushy put in place the CanSpam act which obliges the sender's physical address to be placed at the foot of each mail however, that law does NOT apply to any other country, besides which most sender's don't bother with it anyway.
As an autoresponder service I can appreciate you have to uphold the law and have implemented that in the background, as we did with the previous QTP system, but for reasons beyond me my company name is being placed after my address which looks ridiculous. Can Hans find a fix for that please.
Also, would it not be possible to turn off this feature for non-American users?
My company name and address is included below my signature in all my mails. It really looks silly having it added again in the wrong order straight afterwards. Another thing that looks bad in this forced signature is the addition of the department name. While I appreciate that in the US the state is always used as is the county in the UK, here in France we use only the postcode and city; we never mention the department.
