I signed up for my 10 day trial last night, and am setting up and testing before adding subscribe links to my website and emails and such.
I have two issues with the List confirmation email, and would like to know how to change the following:
(1) How do I change the text of the List confirmation email that my subscribers receive? I realize that the required text must stay in the email, but I'd like to make the intro sentence more friendly, to state again the benefits of subscribing to my newsletter, which will encourage a higher confirmation rate.
Instead of "We received your request to be on the Newsletter list. Before we start sending you the requested information we would like to make sure this is with your full permission", I'd rather have something like "My Company Name received your request to be on our Newsletter list. Recipients of our newsletter receive up to date news, information, and special offers. Before we start sending you our newsletter though, we would like to make sure this is with your full permission."
(2) Also about the List confirmation email, why is the email from "mylistname@quicktellpro.com On Behalf Of My Company Name [myemailaddress@mydomain.com]"
I would prefer it to be from "mylistname@mydomain.com On Behalf Of My Company Name [myemailaddress@mydomain.com]"
